| Cautionary Advice | When executing a Foreign Exchange transaction, the customer must ensure the availability of funds. Once executed, the transaction is binding and cannot be cancelled. However, the agreed-upon exchange rates between the customer and the Onyx Exchange cannot be changed.

| Terms & Conditions | · The customer acknowledges that after a transaction is completed in our system, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, repurchasing the original currency may be affected by fluctuations in the exchange rate.
· Onyx Exchange will not accept complaints about currency correctness once the customer has left our premises. · Onyx Exchange has the right to refuse to carry out any requests, instructions, or services if the customer fails to provide the required information or if the information or data is inaccurate or violates any applicable laws in the UAE. · This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates. · Currencies once exchanged will be bought/sold only at our prevailing buying/selling rate.
